1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NextGen Pest Control website (nextgenpestco.com) and any services we provide (“Services”). By using our website or scheduling services with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who We Are

NextGen Pest Control is a locally owned, second-generation pest control business serving Milwaukee and the surrounding areas. Our company is built on the experience and legacy of Community Pest Control LLC, with a modern, NextGen approach to service and technology.


3. Services We Provide

We offer a variety of pest control services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • One-time treatments / clean-outs
  • Residential quarterly protection plans
  • Commercial pest control services
  • Mosquito defense services
  • Rodent control (if offered)
  • Termite/WDI inspections (if offered)

The exact services, treatment methods, and scope of work will be described at the time of booking, in your service agreement, or on your service invoice.


4. No Guaranteed Eradication

Pest control involves treatment, reduction, and prevention of pests. While we aim for high-quality results, no pest control company can guarantee 100% elimination of all pests forever, especially when factors such as sanitation, landscaping, building conditions, and weather are outside our control.

We may offer follow-up visits or ongoing plans as outlined in your service agreement, but these are not a guarantee that you will never see pests.


5. Customer Responsibilities

To help our treatments work effectively, you agree to:

  • Follow any prep instructions we provide (e.g., cleaning, moving items, protecting pets)
  • Allow reasonable access to the property and affected areas
  • Follow safety and re-entry instructions after treatments
  • Maintain recommended sanitation and exclusion practices (e.g., sealing gaps, removing clutter, proper food storage)

Failure to follow instructions may reduce the effectiveness of treatments and may void certain guarantees or follow-up options.


6. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for [X hours] notice (for example, 24 hours).
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee as outlined in your service agreement or booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to reschedule visits due to weather, safety issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.


7. Pricing, Payments & Billing

  • Prices for services will be provided at the time of booking, quote, or inspection.
  • Payment is typically due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We may require a deposit for certain services (e.g., termite work, large commercial accounts).
  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, and/or credit/debit cards (details may be listed on your invoice or booking page).

We reserve the right to update pricing and fees at any time. Changes will not affect services that have already been confirmed and scheduled, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.


8. Plans, Contracts & Renewals

If you sign up for a recurring plan (such as a quarterly residential program):

  • The terms, frequency of visits, and pricing will be described in your plan agreement.
  • Some plans may auto-renew until canceled by you with advance notice (e.g., 30 days).
  • Plan benefits (such as included follow-ups) apply only while the plan is active and payments are current.

Be sure to review your specific plan documentation for details.


9. Limited Warranty / Service Policy

We may offer a limited warranty or “re-service” policy on certain services or plans. This will typically cover additional treatments between regular visits if covered pests reappear within a specific time frame.

Details vary by service and will be outlined in your:

  • Service agreement
  • Plan documentation
  • Invoice or work order

Conditions may apply, such as maintaining sanitation, repairing structural issues, or keeping regular scheduled visits.


10. Health, Safety & Chemicals

Our technicians are trained to use products in accordance with label instructions and applicable regulations. However:

  • If you, a family member, or a pet has allergies, respiratory issues, or health concerns, please notify us before service.
  • Follow all re-entry times and safety instructions provided by your technician.
  • Do not touch treated areas until they are dry unless we advise otherwise.

If you experience any adverse health symptoms after treatment, contact a medical professional immediately and inform us as soon as possible.


11. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on nextgenpestco.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by NextGen Pest Control or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or attempt to compromise its security
  • Use automated tools (bots/scrapers) in a way that overloads or interferes with the site
  • Post or transmit any harmful or illegal content

12. Disclaimers
