What To Expect From NextGen Pest Control
Our NextGen Residential Defense Program delivers year-round protection from the most common and persistent pests found throughout Milwaukee and the surrounding areas. We use a modern, proactive approach built on smart inspections, targeted treatments, and long-lasting prevention.
Every service begins with a full inspection of your home and property. We identify current pest activity, areas of concern, and conditions that could lead to future issues. This gives us a complete picture of what you're dealing with today and what could become a problem tomorrow.
Once we understand the risks, we begin your first service with a smart, layered treatment approach. Inside your home, we use clean, low-odor products for targeted protection. Outside, we apply a dual dust-and-liquid barrier around the foundation, treat key entry points, and perform a complete web and nest knockdown.
We always start with eco-friendly, organic-forward solutions and only use non-organic products if requested or when the situation requires a stronger approach.
NextGen pest control treatments include free follow-ups to maintain lasting protection for your home. NextGen Pest Co. offers flexible service options tailored to your property’s needs — from one-time service to full NextGen Defense Plan coverage.
NextGen Residential Defense Plan — How Does It Work?
Inspect & Detect
- Exterior perimeter (foundation, siding, brick joints, gaps, cracks).
- Entry points (doors, windows, garage framing, utility penetrations).
- Moisture zones (downspouts, AC drip lines, shaded mulch beds).
- Eaves & overhangs (webs, nests, egg sacs, structural access points).
- Landscape areas (mulch, fence lines, firewood, trash zones).
- Interior rooms (kitchen, bathrooms, basement, laundry, utility spaces).
- Hotspot zones (attics, crawl spaces, sump pump areas if accessible).
Treat & Protect
- Power Spray Barrier: A strong perimeter coat 3 ft up and 3 ft out from the foundation to block crawling insects.
- Granulation Barrier: A 10 ft perimeter ring providing long-lasting residual control.
- Crack & Crevice Flush-Out: Forces hidden pests out of exterior gaps and voids.
- Web & Nest Removal: Clears webs, wasp nests, hornet starter nests, and egg sacs to reduce harborage.
- Entry-Point Shielding: Targeted product applied to door frames, window frames, weep holes, and utility lines.
- Yard & Hotspot Treatments: Spot treatments in mulch beds, fence lines, trash areas, and shaded zones where pests thrive.
- Wall Injection (If Needed): Flushing products injected into wall voids to eliminate hidden colonies.
